Prices are subject to change without notice. All Internet prices are valid only if purchased Online. We accept Discover, MasterCard,and Visa. Shipping and handling is not included, unless otherwise stated. Florida residents must add sales tax percentage applicable to your county (acrobat reader). Please allow up to 2-4 business days for shipping and handling on most items and 3 - 9 days for domestic UPS delivery. RETURN POLICY All returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Call (850) 309-0033 or email info@jtegateopeners.com for authorization. Any merchandise returned without the RMA, will not be accepted. The original purchaser has a period of 30 days from the purchase date to return the product for a refund, less shipping and handling and a 20% restocking fee, provided the merchandise is in new, resalable condition and returned in the original undamaged packaging. Customer is responsible for return freight, as well as the cost of original freight to them. All returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization "RMA". All warranty books, videos, instructions manuals, parts and accessories must be included, as well as the original, undamaged box in which the item was shipped. To protect the original factory carton from any additional shipping damage, please place it inside another carton for return shipping. Refunds are credited to the account used to charge the merchandise. GTO LIMITED WARRANTY GTO / Mighty Mule gate openers and accessories are warranted by the manufacturer against defects in materials and manufacturer workmanship, provided the recommended installation procedures have been followed. In the case of product failure due to defective material or manufacturer workmanship within the warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced (at the manufacturer’s option) at no charge to the customer, if returned freight prepaid to GTO, Inc., 3121 Hartsfield Road, Tallahassee, Florida, USA 32303. IMPORTANT: Call (850) 575-4144 or Fax (850) 575-8950 for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number before returning to factory. Products received at the factory without an RGA number will not be accepted. Replacement or repaired parts are covered by this warranty for the remainder of the warranty period or six (6) months, whichever is greater. GTO, Inc. will pay the shipping charges (equal to Parcel Service GROUND rate) for return to the owner of items repaired under warranty. The manufacturer will not be responsible for any charges or damages incurred in the removal of the defective parts for repair, or for the reinstallation of those parts after repair. This warranty shall be considered void if damage to the product(s) was due to improper installation or use, connection to an improper power source, or if damage was caused by lightning, wind, fire, flood, insects or other natural agent. After the warranty period, GTO, Inc. will make any necessary repairs for a nominal fee. Call GTO at (800) 543-1236 for more information. This warranty gives you specific legal right, and you many also have other rights which may vary from state to state. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. NOTE: Verification of the warranty period requires copies of receipts or other proof of purchase. Please retain these records.
